Philadelphia and Oslo, May 14, 2010 — RES Software, a leader in user workspace management, today announced that it has sold the one-millionth license of its flagship product, RES PowerFuse, through a customer deal with The Norwegian National Police Computing and Material Service (PDMT). PDMT is currently in the process of updating its infrastructure with new technologies such as virtualization. Through its work with Steria, a RES Software Gold Partner, the organization indentified and selected RES PowerFuse to mitigate the desktop management challenges that often arise during infrastructure changes of this nature.
